1. Do I need to refrigerate my jar after opening?

We recommend Refrigeration at all times of Pickle.

2. What is the calorific value of the products?

It is different for different products .

3. What is the shelf life of the products?

The shelf life of the products is 180 days , when kept under refrigeration. Once you purchase, it is best to be refrigerated when not used till the jar is finished. Please use dry clean spoon/fork to take out the product else it might denatured.

4. Why is your idea behind the Preservatives in the products?

We like to have products as close to natural as possible, and hence we use natural preservatives & absolutely minimal artificial preservatives. We do not use any artificial colors or flavors.

5. What are the different ways we can use these products?

Pickle are authentic, healthy and delicious product which are packed with nutrition like high proteins, minerals, and vitamins. 

The Indian dips taste best with crackers, mathri , papad , Breads & any snack of your choice.

 

Shipping

1. Where do you ship?

We ship all across India. 

2. How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within the next working day of placing your order. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. 

However, due to COVID lockdown, the delivery time is getting extended. You will be kept informed of the delivery schedule.

 3. How is my order shipped?

Your order will be handpicked from stock held in our refrigerated warehouse. It will be carefully bubble wrapped in an insulated box designed to maintain your items in good condition during transit. Please note, however, that frozen items may begin to thaw during transit.

Returns, Cancellation and Refunds

1. I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returned merchandise.

The company will not issue a refund to anyone’s credit card who refuses a delivery, or in any way attempts to return a shipment.

2. I entered incorrect shipping address. Will I get a refund?

Please check all addresses and zip codes carefully. Non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee, so please be sure to double-check addresses. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order. Therefore, no refund is possible.

3. I would like to cancel my order. How can I do it?

Order cancellations have to be made within 24 hours after placing an order. To cancel your order, you need to contact our customer services by sending an email to info@pickly.in or call +91-9389565293, and give the reference of your order number. In case we receive a cancellation notice, until the time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Pickly.in has complete rights to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Pickly and accept its decision regarding the cancellation.

4. I received product in a damaged condition. What do I do?

In case you feel you received the product in a damaged condition, share an image with order ID to us, through email info@pickly.in or whatsapp +91 9389565293, we will replace the product for you. Please make sure that the original product label and packing is intact while sending image to us.
